Full job description

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, content, and creative services, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You will be responsible for taking potential clients from first contact to successful conversion, while understanding their business needs and connecting them with the right creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Research potential clients, brands, and industries that can benefit from Peraka Media’s services.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client meetings.
Generate leads through referrals, industry networks, events, and digital platforms.
Convert qualified leads into new clients and projects.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client objectives, challenges, budgets, and marketing requirements.
Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients.
Conduct presentations and meetings to introduce Peraka Media's capabilities.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate lead status.

Creative & Solution Selling

Understand Peraka Media's creative offerings, including:
Branding & Creative Campaigns
Social Media Marketing
Content Creation
Video Production
Motion Graphics & Animation
Digital Marketing
Performance Marketing
Influencer Marketing
Design & Creative Services
Understand a client's business requirement and identify the appropriate creative/marketing solution.
Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop proposals and presentations.
Communicate the value of creative solutions rather than simply selling services.

Proposal & Conversion

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and service packages.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, scope, and commercial terms with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
Follow up on proposals and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Ensure smooth handover of converted clients to the account/project team.

Key Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of advertising, branding, social media, and digital marketing.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads independently.
Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
Good understanding of creative agency workflows is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with creative and strategy teams.
