Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Full Stack Developer (3-4years)

for our development team. In this role, you will oversee project execution

and contribute as an individual contributor when necessary. You will collaborate

with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions while driving

technical excellence.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js (React) for the front end and Node.js/Express for the back end.

▪ Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure and optimized data flow.

▪ Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

▪ Implement responsive, cross-browser-compatible user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

▪ Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and coding standards.

▪ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

▪ 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.

▪ Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

▪ Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR) and React ecosystem.

▪ Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Express, or NestJS.

▪ Experience With Databases

▪ SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

▪ NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)

▪ Familiarity with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO).

▪ Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

▪ Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills

▪ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

▪ Ability to work in an agile/scrum team environment.

▪ Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
