Affiliate Marketer
Full-Time | Remote | 3+ Years Experience | ₹45,000/month
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketer to join our team on a full-time remote basis.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of affiliate acquisition, partner management, campaign execution, traffic generation, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage and grow an affiliate marketing channel and is focused on generating measurable revenue and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Identify, research, and recruit relevant affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, content creators, and communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliates.
- Create and manage affiliate campaigns, offers, promotions, and commission structures.
- Develop strategies to increase affiliate-generated traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Track key metrics such as clicks, conversions, conversion rates, revenue, commissions, and ROI.
- Work closely with affiliates to improve campaign performance and promotional strategies.
- Identify new affiliate networks, platforms, partnerships, and traffic sources.
- Negotiate partnerships and commercial terms where required.
- Ensure affiliate activities and campaigns are properly tracked and reported.
- Research competitors and identify new affiliate opportunities in the market.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven experience managing affiliate campaigns and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, commission structures, tracking, and attribution.
- Experience with affiliate networks and/or affiliate management platforms.
- Strong analytical and performance-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of affiliate growth.
- Comfortable working in a remote, full-time environment.

- Number and quality of affiliate partners acquired

- Cost per acquisition / ROI
- Growth of the affiliate channel
- Overall campaign performance
