About Us

We are a specialized independent digital product studio that engineers high-performance SaaS platforms, web applications, and database frameworks for founders and agency operators. We are expanding our outbound client acquisition team and looking for a high-energy B2B Sales & Growth Associate who thrives on high-ticket tech sales and uncapped earning potential.

CRITICAL APPLICATION REQUIREMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):This is an entrepreneurial, pure outbound tech sales role. It is designed for hunters, not account managers.

This position begins as a 100% commission-based sprint.
You will transition to a fixed monthly retainer + commission structure as soon as you hit your initial revenue milestone.
If you require a guaranteed fixed base salary from Day 1 to cover immediate financial liabilities, please do not apply.

The Two-Phase Compensation Roadmap

Phase 1 (The Sprint): You earn a 15% to 20% commission per closed client. Based on our average custom project scopes (₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000+), you will earn roughly ₹6,000 to ₹60,000+ per conversion.
Phase 2 (The Retainer): As soon as you hit your first milestone of ₹1,00,000 in closed studio revenue, you automatically transition to a permanent ₹20,000/month fixed base retainer + ongoing commission incentives.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

Experience: Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience in outbound sales, business development (BDE), or digital agency/SaaS lead generation.
Outbound Stack: Hands-on experience using at least one major B2B lead generation tool (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, or Hunter.io).
Communication: Flawless written English copywriting skills. You must be able to write contextual, hook-driven pitches without relying on generic AI templates.
Lead Sourcing: Proven ability to source, clean, and segment high-quality B2B prospect lists based on target personas (ICP).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing: Actively build, clean, and segment high-quality B2B lead lists targeting startup founders, directors, and agency operators.
Outbound Outreach: Run high-volume, hyper-personalized cold outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email, and Twitter/X.
Pipeline Management: Secure, qualify, and book discovery calls with B2B decision-makers.
Deal Closing: Move prospects through our specialized sales funnel and close high-ticket software/SaaS engineering packages.

A Sharp Copywriter: You write contextual, crisp, hook-driven cold emails that business owners actually want to reply to.
Self-Disciplined: You are highly organized and can independently hit your daily volume metrics in a remote setup.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern outbound tech stacks (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar) is a major plus.
