About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join the Tango Project and play a critical role in building and securing an enterprise-grade Agent Development Platform (ADP). In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure that enables autonomous AI agents to operate within isolated, highly secure environments.
You will be responsible for establishing production-ready AWS infrastructure, implementing zero-trust security principles, managing secure networking, and ensuring AI workloads run in isolated environments with strict governance and compliance. Working closely with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, Security teams, and Product stakeholders, you will help build a scalable, resilient, and secure platform for enterprise AI solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure for enterprise AI applications.
- Build and maintain production-grade Kubernetes environments to support secure deployment and orchestration of AI workloads.
- Implement isolated runtime environments using Firecracker MicroVMs or other secure container technologies to ensure autonomous agents execute within controlled and sandboxed environments.
- Design and maintain secure networking architectures, including VPCs, private networking, security groups, routing policies, and network segmentation.
- Establish and enforce zero-trust security principles across infrastructure, applications, and networking components.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with automated deployment, validation, compliance, and security controls.
- Configure and manage enterprise authentication, authorization, and identity management while ensuring secure multi-tenant access.
- Design and implement strict outbound network controls and proxy-based communication mechanisms to prevent unauthorized data access or exfiltration.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize databases supporting AI workloads, ensuring high availability, performance, backup, disaster recovery, and security.
- Build and support event-driven architectures to enable secure communication between distributed services, AI agents, and workflow components.
- Implement workflow orchestration solutions for long-running and complex distributed processes.
- Integrate infrastructure monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions to maintain platform reliability and operational visibility.
- Automate operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure automation to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure, containers, applications, and deployment pipelines.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, infrastructure hardening, security reviews, and remediation activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform scalability, resilience, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Support production deployments, incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.
- Ensure infrastructure aligns with enterprise governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies, DevSecOps practices, AI infrastructure trends, and security frameworks to continuously improve the platform.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong experience designing and managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in securing containerized and distributed application environments.
- Experience building highly available, scalable, and automated production platforms.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, cloud security, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams within a fast-paced product environment.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms with a strong focus on security, reliability, and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹2,700,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
