The Digital Centre of Excellence (COE) is a rapidly growing function established less than four years ago, and within this short period, it has driven significant digitization across the organization’s sales and servicing value chains. Our focus spans all distribution channels, where we have successfully modernized key processes and delivered impactful digital solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.
As a Business Systems Analyst within the Digital COE, you will contribute to our core mandate of enabling:

- Enhanced Seller and Customer Experience
The role involves continuously refining existing digital tools, driving higher adoption across field teams, and ensuring new users in high‑churn channels understand the value of digital ways of working. You will collaborate closely with business and field stakeholders to design intuitive workflows, support adoption through insightful communication, and leverage data-driven insights.
Our digital platforms generate a wealth of user and process data, and the BSA will play a critical role in converting this into actionable intelligence through smart analytics, ultimately strengthening business decision‑making and improving our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Analysis Requirement Management by engaging stakeholders, defining detailed BRDs/FSDs/user stories, and owning the product backlog as a Product Owner across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models. Define data flows, integration points, and system interactions across digital platforms and backend systems. Ensure that proposed solutions align with architecture standards, scalability principles, and compliance guidelines by translating business needs into scalable, secure, and enterprise‑aligned digital solutions, working closely with architects, engineering teams, and integration partners.
Manage End‑to‑End Technical Project Delivery including planning, sprint management, vendor coordination, risk tracking, and release governance to ensure timely, high‑quality digital transformation outcomes.Champion Process Digitization Optimization by mapping as-is/to-be workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring strong adoption of digital tools through continuous feedback loops and stakeholder enablement.
Provide Quality Assurance UAT Leadership by validating solution quality, supporting test design, coordinating UAT, driving defect resolution, and ensuring readiness for production deployment.
Key Competencies/Skills Required
Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate complex business needs into clear BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, use‑case modeling, and stakeholder requirement workshops.
Understanding of APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and system interdependencies. Strong user‑centric approach with ability to refine features based on feedback and analytic
Strong attention to detail and solution validation mindset. Strong understanding of operational processes and opportunities for automation.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
MBA or Post‑Graduate qualification in Technology Management, Business Analytics, or Operations (preferred).
5–8 years of experience in BFSI, Insurance, or FinTech domains.
Professional certifications such asCCBA, PMP, or CSPO will be an added advantage.
