You'll run the marketing engine behind our online pastry certification funnel, the ads, the landing pages, the WhatsApp broadcasts, the emails, the reminders, the live webinar day, and the follow-up until the buyer either enrolls or ghosts.
We already have the funnel built. We're not asking you to design it from scratch. We're asking you to run it week after week, plug the leaks, test the winners, and get more people to show up, stay till the pitch, and buy.
You'll own one number: cost per enrolled student on the ₹25K online cert. Everything you do laddering into moving that number down.
What you'll actually do
Every week:
- Manage our Meta Ads campaigns (~₹15-30K/day spend) brief creatives, launch tests, kill losers, scale winners
- Update landing page copy + variants (you brief; a dev/designer builds)
- Run the AiSensy WhatsApp broadcasts, registration confirms, T-24h/T-2h/T-live reminders, no-show recovery, cart abandonment
- Schedule + send email sequences (Brevo)
- Own the Zoom setup, reg links, join links, live moderation, Q&A
- Track show rate, retention through the pitch, close rate, weekly dashboard to Karan
Every webinar:
- Sit in the live webinar (Sat/Sun), watch the chat, spot drop-offs
- Coordinate with the sales team on hot leads coming out of the pitch
- Send replay + follow-up sequences on Monday
Every month:
- One retro on what's working / what's dead
- One test plan for the next 4 weeks
Must-have
- 1–3 years running paid funnels: webinar / VSL / call funnel / info-product / edtech. Not generic "digital marketing" or SEO or SMM.
- Meta Ads Manager: hands-on, you've launched campaigns, watched CPMs, killed ad sets. Not just "briefed the agency."
- Copywriting sense. You can write a WhatsApp reminder or an ad hook that gets clicked. Bring 3 samples.
- WhatsApp broadcast tools. AiSensy, Interakt, Wati, or similar. Template approval, campaign send, why utility vs marketing matters.
- Numbers fluency. CAC, ROAS, show rate, close rate, LTV. You look at Ads Manager and know what "bad" looks like without asking.
- Live event ops — you've run or been in the operator seat for at least 5 live webinars. Zoom, StreamYard, or similar.
- In Delhi, ready to be working from the office with us Mon to Sat 10 AM to 6 PM.
Bonus points
- Prior work in edtech, coaching, or high-ticket info products
- Basic Meta Pixel / CAPI understanding (you don't set it up, but you know when it's broken)
- Video editing basics (Canva / CapCut for hook cuts)
- Have watched Rajiv Talreja, Alex Hormozi, Russell Brunson, Jason Fladlien deep enough to argue with them
What we don't need
- SEO — we have someone
- Video editing at scale — we have a team
- Development — we have engineers
- Instagram content — we have creators
You are the funnel operator, not the content person.
