Teacher Trainer LeadRoles & Responsibilities1. Training Delivery & Academic Excellence
· Lead and deliver high-impact teacher training programmes for schools across assigned regions.
· Ensure teachers effectively implement the curriculum and achieve desired classroom outcomes.
· Develop training modules, facilitator guides, handbooks, presentations and instructional resources.
· Continuously update training content based on curriculum changes, NEP 2020, CBSE, State Board guidelines and emerging educational practices.
· Design differentiated training programmes for teachers, coordinators and school leaders.
2. Regional Training Operations
· Own the end-to-end planning and execution of regional training operations.
· Develop annual, quarterly and monthly training calendars aligned with organisational priorities.
· Coordinate training logistics, trainer deployment, travel schedules and resource planning.
· Ensure timely completion of all committed school training programmes.
· Maintain standardisation and consistency in training quality across all regions.
· Monitor implementation of training interventions and recommend corrective actions wherever required.
3. Team Leadership & People Management
· Lead, mentor, coach and inspire the Teacher Training team.
· Set clear performance expectations and individual development plans for team members.
· Conduct regular coaching sessions, classroom observations and performance reviews.
· Identify training needs within the team and facilitate continuous professional development.
· Foster a collaborative, high-performance and innovation-driven team culture.
· Build succession plans and identify future trainer leaders.
4. Teacher Audit & School Improvement
· Conduct structured teacher observations and academic audits across partner schools.
· Analyse classroom practices and identify strengths, gaps and improvement opportunities.
· Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
· Present findings to school leadership and support implementation of improvement plans.
· Track the impact of interventions through periodic follow-up visits and review meetings.
5. Trainer Certification & Quality Assurance
· Design and implement Trainer Certification Programmes to ensure consistent delivery standards.
· Define trainer competency frameworks and certification benchmarks.
· Conduct trainer assessments, calibration exercises, and periodic recertification.
· Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards for all training activities.
· Monitor training quality through observations, participant feedback and outcome assessments.
6. Academic Sales Support
· Partner with the Sales team during client meetings, school presentations and academic demonstrations as necessary, especially during the sales season.
· Deliver impactful curriculum presentations and product demonstrations to the school management.
· Address academic and curriculum-related queries from prospective schools.
· Support pre-sales discussions by showcasing the educational value and classroom impact of the organisation’s products and services.
· Work closely with Sales to improve customer confidence and conversion rates.
7. Customer Success & Relationship Management
· Build strong relationships with principals, coordinators and teachers.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the academic year.
· Gather feedback from schools and convert insights into actionable improvements.
· Drive customer retention through regular academic engagement and value-added interventions.
· Support the service team in renewal initiatives by demonstrating measurable academic impact.
8. Product Development & Academic Innovation
· Collaborate with Curriculum, Product and Content teams to enhance existing offerings.
· Provide field insights for new product development and curriculum improvements.
· Pilot innovative teaching strategies and academic initiatives.
· Recommend enhancements based on classroom observations and market requirements.
9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Develop dashboards to monitor training effectiveness and implementation progress.
· Track key academic performance indicators across schools.
· Prepare periodic reports for senior management on training outcomes, school engagement, customer feedback and improvement initiatives.
· Analyse trends and recommend strategic interventions based on data.
10. Strategic Initiatives
· Contribute to the organisation’s long-term academic strategy.
· Identify opportunities for scaling teacher development programmes.
· Represent the organisation at educational conferences, seminars and academic forums.
· Benchmark best practices in teacher professional development and institutional capacity building.
· Lead special projects aimed at improving teacher effectiveness, school performance, and academic excellence.
Pay: ₹10,452.11 - ₹25,000.00 per month
