Full job description

You work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to manage Business Contribution dealers and upgrade customers for better extraction. You are responsible for the appointment and expansion of channels based on numeric reach and weighted distribution priorities within the sales area.

Sales & Market Mapping

You are responsible for achieving business objectives in the designated sales territory while following defined sales processes.
You consistently achieve monthly Volume and POS targets.
You drive product performance by achieving key benchmarks (16” & above in GY and 14” & above in Kelly).
You appoint new dealers and BROs while expanding channel presence and increasing market share.
You plan, execute, and report sales activities within the assigned area.
You monitor sales against agreed targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as required.
You adhere to Beat Plans and PJP to ensure effective coverage.
You provide regular feedback on competitor activities and pricing strategies.
You deliver results against AOP targets including volume, product mix, channel activation, and expansion.
You track and improve Share of Accounts (SOA) and Share of Market (SOM).

Relationship Management

You build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers (BRO/MBR).
You support and coordinate with dealers, including managing order collection and payments when required.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved service solutions.

Reporting

You prepare and submit timely and accurate reports.
You deliver periodic progress updates and proactively recommend improvements to enhance market performance and approach.

Experience

You bring 5+ years of experience in sales, market mapping, channel expansion, and relationship management within a competitive business environment
