Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital and offline marketing, campaign management, and lead generation within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing real estate projects.
Organize property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, open houses, and promotional events.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on analytics and ROI.
Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and performance presentations for management.
Create and review marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, videos, and project collateral.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain the company's website and ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in lead generation and integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in marketing residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing automation tools.
Strong content development and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
