Job Title: AutoCAD Designer / Draftsman (2D, 3D & MEP)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Designer/Draftsman who can create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, walkthroughs, architectural drawings, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings. The candidate should be capable of converting concepts into accurate technical drawings and coordinating with project teams for execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for residential and commercial projects.
Develop and modify architectural drawings as per project requirements.
Prepare MEP drawings including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting layouts.
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve clashes.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and drafting standards.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Experience with SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
Strong understanding of Architectural and MEP drawings.
Ability to create realistic 3D walkthroughs and presentations.
Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of construction drawings and coordination processes.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech/B.Arch in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in AutoCAD drafting, 3D modelling, architectural, or MEP projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects preferred.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Location

Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), New Delhi
