Full job description

. Fees Collection & Revenue Management

Oversee timely collection of student fees and other receivables.
Track pending dues and ensure follow‑up with students/parents.
Reconcile fee payments with institutional records and bank statements.
Ensure compliance with policies on refunds, discounts, and penalties.
Maintain transparent documentation for audits and reporting.

2. University Coordination

Act as the primary liaison between the institution and partner universities.
Coordinate on fee structures, payment schedules, and settlement procedures.
Ensure timely remittance of collected fees to universities as per agreements.
Handle queries from universities regarding student payments, scholarships, or financial discrepancies.
Provide universities with accurate financial reports and documentation.
Support compliance with university‑specific financial policies and contractual obligations.

3. Team Management

Supervise the finance/accounts team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide training.
Conduct regular meetings to review fee collection status and university settlements.
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and efficiency.

4. Finance & Accounts Handling

Manage overall financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure statutory compliance with taxation, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial risks.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

5. Strategic & Operational Support

Provide financial insights to management for decision‑making.
Develop policies for fee collection, credit control, and financial discipline.
Support management in planning investments, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
Contribute to long‑term financial planning aligned with organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
