Full job description

We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest standards of quality across business processes, products, and services while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

As a Quality Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes, conduct quality audits, analyze performance metrics, and implement quality improvement strategies. If you are passionate about quality assurance, compliance, and process optimization, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate business processes, products, or services to ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies.
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quality metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform root cause analysis and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
Collaborate with operations, customer support, product, and management teams to improve service quality and efficiency.
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards for management review.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality management systems.
Participate in internal audits, process improvement initiatives, and quality assurance projects.
Conduct calibration sessions, quality reviews, and coaching sessions to improve team performance.
Support employee training on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Recommend process enhancements to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Analysis, Process Improvement, Quality Control, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, quality management systems, and process improvement techniques.
Experience conducting quality audits, process evaluations, and performance assessments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Experience using quality monitoring tools, CRM systems, or ERP platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, or equivalent quality certification.
Experience with quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, COPC, ITIL, or other industry standards.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for reporting and data analysis.
Experience in BPO, IT, customer service, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, or shared services environments.
