About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage the complete HR function of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, policy implementation, and general HR administration.
The role requires someone who is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition reports.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete and up to date.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies.
- Maintain leave balances.
- Prepare monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll consultants for timely salary processing.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and communicate company HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory documentation and audits.
- Maintain employee confidentiality and data security.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Support annual performance appraisal activities.
- Track employee goals and review schedules.
- Assist managers in performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances professionally.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
HR Administration
- Maintain HRMIS and employee databases.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
- Issue employment-related letters and certificates.
- Maintain organizational charts and HR documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and current market standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
