POWER – FLEX® wires and cables are manufactured at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in the industrial city of Coimbatore, India.
◆ ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role. You will be the face of Power - Flex in the market — visiting electrical companies, dealers, contractors, and industrial clients on a daily basis. Your primary mission is to build strong business relationships, generate leads, and grow our customer base within the electrical ecosystem.
◆ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct daily field visits to electrical manufacturers, dealers, contractors, and industrial companies
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical and cable industry
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the sector
· Present and promote POWER – FLEX® products effectively to prospective and existing clients
· Submit a detailed Day-to-Day Visit & Communication Report to the Senior Executive
· Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends
· Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales in a professional manner
· Represent the company at trade meetings, industry events, and exhibitions when required
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM/reporting tools regularly
◆ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing or field sales (electrical industry experience is a strong advantage)
· Excellent communication skills — comfortable engaging with engineers, managers, and business owners in the electrical sector
· Self-driven, highly honest, and ethical in all professional dealings
· Creative thinker who can find new ways to approach clients and grow market share
· Confident, friendly, and able to freely discuss technical and commercial topics with industry professionals
· Willing to travel extensively within the region for client visits
· Owns a two-wheeler / has personal transport for field visits (preferred)
· Proficiency in local language; English communication skills
· Any Degree / Masters in Electrical, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
