Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive

Location: Gurgaon Sector 32
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent that aligns with organizational goals. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a keen understanding of industry hiring trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Identify, attract, and source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Conduct initial screening of resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate assessments.
Facilitate interview rounds and assist hiring managers with evaluation processes.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Represent the organization in career fairs and campus recruitment events.

Onboarding:

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Manage pre-employment documentation and background verification.

Recruitment Metrics:

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Continuously optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 6 months-1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
