Job Title: Manager – Corporate Sales

Qualification: MBA or equivalent in Marketing from a reputed institute
Experience: 3-5 years of Sales experience in the Service Industry, with at least 2 years in selling services to Travel Desks, HR, Administration, or Purchase Managers of multinational and large corporations in Pune, Mumbai and other metro cities. Exposure to national accounts across metro cities in India is preferred. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Field Sales with Hospitality, Relocation, Corporate Travel, Corporate Training, or HR Consulting companies.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead business development efforts for our premium consulting services, including immigration, expat housing and global employee mobility services. The role requires engaging with multinational corporations, participating in networking events, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth in Pune, Mumbai, and other metro cities of India.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
o Drive corporate sales initiatives and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
o Identify and acquire new corporate accounts requiring immigration, relocation, and global mobility services.
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target corporate accounts across Pune, Mumbai, and other metro cities.
o Generate business opportunities through networking, field sales, referrals, and strategic outreach activities.
o Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions to secure new business opportunities and closures.
o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure healthy conversion ratios from lead generation to business closure.
o Close deals and coordinate smooth onboarding and transition of accounts to the service delivery team.
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations to ensure repeat business and client retention.
o Consistently achieve sales performance metrics related to client acquisition, meetings, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
Lead Generation and Networking:
o Identify and connect with potential clients through industry events, networking, and direct outreach.
o Engage with key business influencers, including associations, chambers, embassies, international recruiters, international tax advisors, luxury hotels, coworking spaces, and commercial hubs.
o Carry out sales blitz, execute cold calling and in-person meetings to build and strengthen corporate relationships.
Reporting and CRM Management:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead progress, client interactions, and pipeline management in HubSpot CRM.
o Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development updates for management review.
o Track conversion ratios, pipeline movement, and sales performance metrics to support business planning and growth strategies.
Key Skills and Other Traits:
o Strong B2B consultative sales and relationship management skills.
o Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
o Proven track record in corporate sales within service or consulting industries.
o Strong networking and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
o Strategic, disciplined, target-driven, and team-oriented approach to sales.
o Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
o Must possess strong contacts within HR, Administration, Mobility, Procurement, or Travel Desk functions of corporates in Pune and Mumbai.
o Exposure to international business environments, foreign cultures, or foreign languages will be an added advantage.
o Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and be currently based in Pune.
