We are a dynamic, full-service creative marketing agency dedicated to delivering high-impact visual storytelling for our diverse portfolio of clients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Videographer to join our production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career creative to collaborate with seasoned professionals, expand their technical skill set, and contribute directly to multi-platform marketing campaigns.

Position Summary

The Junior Videographer will assist in the execution of end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning through final post-production editing. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundational knowledge of camera operations, basic lighting packages, and professional editing software, alongside a keen understanding of current digital media and social platform trends.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support: Assist in the setup, operation, and teardown of production equipment, including mirrorless/DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and audio capture devices for both studio and field productions.
Post-Production Editing: Edit raw footage into cohesive, high-quality video content tailored for social media, digital advertisements, and corporate brand assets.
Platform Optimization: Format and optimize video assets for various digital platforms, ensuring compliance with specifications for vertical formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and traditional widescreen formats.
Collaborative Brainstorming: Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Account Managers to develop concepts, review storyboards, and execute creative briefs accurately.
Asset Management: Maintain an organized digital archive of all raw footage, project files, music licenses, and final deliverables according to agency file-management protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in professional video production, editing, or digital content creation (relevant internships, freelance portfolios, or agency experience will be considered).
Technical Proficiency:
Foundational knowledge of professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.), basic audio recording, and continuous/strobe lighting packages.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage project timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
