HR & Admin Officer (Real Estate) – Immediate Hiring

Company: Global Homes Infra
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: Onsite

About Us

Global Homes Infra is a rapidly growing real estate consultancy specializing in premium residential, commercial, and investment properties across India and the UAE. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Executive to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Admin, and Operations roles.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule final interviews, and coordinate onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Handle joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities, and employee files.
Coordinate office administration, vendor management, office supplies, and daily operations.
Assist management in implementing HR policies and maintaining employee discipline.
Coordinate with legal consultants for employment-related documentation and basic compliance.
Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
Support management with operational and administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and office administration.
Basic understanding of HR compliance and legal documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR/CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 per month onwards (Negotiable based on experience)
