Your role at a glance:
The Associate – Inside Sales will support the sales team by managing the pre-sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, discovery, proposal coordination, CRM updates, and client follow-ups. This role focuses on execution, responsiveness, and delivering a smooth client experience while contributing to revenue and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities you would handle:
1. Lead Qualification & Funnel Ownership: Own top-of-funnel: qualify, engage, nurture. Maintain under 10-minute first response time. Applyqualification frameworks and prioritize high-value leads.
2. Discovery & Requirement Mapping: Conduct structured discovery calls, prepare requirement briefs, and identify cross-sell/up-sellopportunities.
3. Proposal Strategy & Commercial Support: Lead proposal creation, align with pricing & inventory, ensure fast and error-free TAT.
4. Sales Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate pipeline, identify drop-offs, revive stalled deals, and support forecasting.
5. Client Engagement, Nurturing & Experience: Drive follow-up cadence, handle confirmations and post-visit communication to improveconversions.
6. Site Visit Coordination & Conversion Enablement: Coordinate site visits end-to-end and capture insights to speed up negotiation.
7. CRM Governance & Sales Intelligence: Ensure 100% CRM hygiene, complete logging, and generate insights for improving conversions.
8. Inventory, Pricing & Competitive Insights: Maintain updated inventory, support pricing decisions, and track competitor movements.
9. Cross-Team Collaboration & Internal Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance and mentor junior team members.
10. Reporting, BI & Strategic Inputs: Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and propose actionable insights for leadership.
11. Performance, Targets & Revenue Contribution: Track key ratios, proposal TAT, and actively contribute to monthly revenue and occupancy goals.
12. Professional Communication & Brand Representation: Maintain professional communication and handle escalations with clarity and empathy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in inside sales, pre-sales, customer engagement, or B2B sales
- Exposure to coworking or service-based sales is a plus
- Lead qualification and follow-up management

· Mode of working: Work from Office
· Working Days: 6 Days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)
· Shift Time: 10:00 am to 07:00 pm (Total 9 Hours Mandatory)
