Full job description

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (IT DEPARTMENT)

Job Location: Indian Ports Association, Lodhi Road, Delhi.

Salary: 25,000-30,000

Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities

· Project Administration & Repository Management: Maintain a structured filing system for technical reports, project correspondence, project wireframes, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Project Documentations and deliverables. Ensure rigorous version control and accessibility of project-related communications.

· Milestone & Action Item Tracking: Proactively monitor the status of IT Departmental projects. Facilitate timely follow-ups on Action Taken Reports (ATRs), Project Trackers and resolve pending reminders with stakeholders.

· Technical Meeting Management: Coordinate Technical Review Meetings (Physical and Virtual), including agenda preparation, logistical arrangements, and the distribution of Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and coordination with structured action-item trackers.

· Liaison & Government Workflows: Execute project-related administrative tasks, including drafting formal Office Notes and ensuring compliance with departmental filing and archiving protocols.

Skills & Competencies

· Digital Proficiency: Advanced command of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage digital records, trackers, and prepare/ edit high-impact executive presentations. Manage Video Conferencing (VC) setups and provide essential hardware/software troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted IT departmental operations.

· Organizational Excellence: Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and the agility to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
