Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist senior doctors and consultants in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Conduct patient examinations, take medical histories, and record findings.
Monitor patient progress and update medical records regularly.
Prescribe medications and treatment under supervision.
Perform basic medical procedures as per hospital protocols.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line care.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and clinical guidelines.
Educate patients and attendants about treatment plans and medications.
Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.
