We are expanding our stock broking business and are looking for experienced Business Development & Growth Managers to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across multiple locations.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals from the stock broking, wealth management, and capital markets industry who have a strong understanding of investor behavior, business development, and relationship-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive acquisition of Retail, HNI, and Institutional clients.
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase brokerage revenue and trading activity.
Build and manage a strong network of:
- Authorised Persons (APs)
- Sub-Brokers
- Referral Partners
- IFAs
- Wealth Advisors
Establish strategic partnerships with:
- CA firms
- Corporate houses
- Financial advisors
- Fintech ecosystem partners
- Investor communities
Increase client activation, retention, and cross-selling of financial products including:
- Equity Trading
- Derivatives
- Mutual Funds
- IPOs
- Bonds
- Wealth Management Solutions
Manage business targets, sales pipelines, and performance reporting.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals who have:
5 years of experience in Stock Broking / Wealth Management / Financial Services.
Strong understanding of Indian equity markets and trading ecosystem.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Experience managing HNI, retail investors, and channel partners.
Strong industry relationships and local market understanding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Background
Professionals from leading brokerage and wealth management firms such as:
Zerodha, Angel One, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, ICICI Securities, HDFC Securities, Sharekhan, Upstox, Groww, Kotak Securities, Axis Securities, or similar organizations are encouraged to apply.
