As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead business expansion efforts, acquire new enterprise clients, and drive revenue growth across our staffing and technology service offerings.
Position Summary
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring enterprise clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Staffing, Recruitment Services, AI/ML Consulting, IT Services, or Digital Transformation Sales, with a proven ability to generate revenue and build long-term client relationships.
The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills who can manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure and account growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT Staffing, AI/ML Consulting, Software Development, Cloud Services, and Digital Transformation.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Acquire enterprise clients across various industries including BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, E-commerce, Logistics, and Technology.
- Develop strategic account plans for key customers.
- Expand business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build a healthy sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging business trends.
- Create go-to-market strategies for new service offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, IT Directors, and Business Decision Makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and account management activities.
Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Prepare business proposals, capability presentations, RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with technical and recruitment teams to prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.
- Successfully close high-value enterprise deals.
Collaboration & Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Coordinate with delivery managers and technical teams for project execution.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and successful delivery of client engagements.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities in AI, Data Science, IT Services, and Staffing.
- Analyze customer needs and market demands.
- Recommend innovative solutions to strengthen the company's market position.
CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM platforms.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue performance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration is preferred.
- 6–12 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, IT Staffing Sales, IT Services Sales, or Technology Consulting Sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and large accounts.
