Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time AI Trainer with a strong understanding of the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, continuously explore new AI technologies, and be capable of delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions—from AI fundamentals to advanced use cases.
This role is ideal for professionals, consultants, educators, freelancers, or AI practitioners who enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others adopt AI effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging AI training sessions for learners with varying levels of experience.
- Conduct live demonstrations showcasing practical AI applications across industries.
- Develop and regularly update training materials, presentations, exercises, and learning resources.
- Train participants on effective prompting techniques and AI best practices.
- Demonstrate how AI can improve productivity, creativity, research, communication, and business workflows.
- Introduce participants to the latest AI tools and emerging trends.
- Create hands-on exercises, assignments, and practical use cases.
- Mentor learners and address technical and conceptual questions.
- Research and evaluate new AI platforms, models, and tools for inclusion in training programs.
- Build sample AI workflows, automations, and demonstrations wherever applicable.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with Siddhas Trust to continuously improve curriculum and learning experiences.

- Confidence in conducting live demonstrations without relying solely on slides
- Ability to customize sessions for different audiences
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience delivering AI training, workshops, webinars, or corporate learning sessions.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in professional environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of practical AI applications across education, business, marketing, operations, HR, finance, or related domains.
- Portfolio of AI projects, workshops, content, or demonstrations is highly desirable.
