*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Data Entry Executive to manage product listings, update product information, and maintain accurate data across various e-commerce marketplaces. Candidates with prior experience in the electronics industry or e-commerce operations will be preferred.
*Key Responsibilities*
Create, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.).
Upload product details including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and inventory.
Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Coordinate with the merchandising, warehouse, and sales teams to update stock availability.
Monitor product listings and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
Process bulk uploads using Excel templates and ERP systems.
Maintain SKU, barcode, category, and product master data.
Support order processing, catalog management, and promotional updates.
Ensure compliance with marketplace listing guidelines.
*Required Skills*
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Good knowledge of MS Word and Google Sheets.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is an advantage.
Strong typing speed and data accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
*Qualification*
Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or any equivalent degree.
Certification in computer applications or e-commerce is an added advantage.
*Preferred Candidate Profile*
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce data entry or catalog management.
Experience in the electronics, consumer durables, or appliance industry is highly preferred.
Familiarity with ERP software and inventory management systems.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
