What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and own daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards that business and product teams use to make decisions

Write advanced SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions) against production databases to answer business questions end to end
-
Build funnels, cohorts and retention analyses in event-analytics tools (Amplitude, CleverTap, GA) to track activation, engagement and drop-off

Use AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants) to speed up analysis,automation and reporting: AI-first on repetitive work

Run regular data health checks and maintain data quality across sources

Decompose open-ended business problems into metric trees,diagnose root causes, and recommend quantified interventions

Partner with business and product functions to turn analysis into growth actions and measure the impact
Check if you fit in the role-
You Must-
Have 2+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analysis or a similar role, and be able to break business problems into clear metrics

Be proficient in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions) and skilled at building dashboards and reports

Have built funnels or cohorts, and be comfortable using AI tools day to day (drafting SQL, automating analysis)

Work with BI tools (Looker/Data Studio/Tableau)

Use LLM APIs for basic automation, e.g. an LLM call inside a script or Sheets

The Recruitment Process:
1. Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute basic aptitude test.
2. Technical Assessment Task: This one-hour role specific assessment will be an evaluation of the ‘must have technical skills’ mentioned above.
3. Personal Interviews: 1 video interview, and 2 detailed discussions
4. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes documentation and offer extension.

Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
