Enterprise Performance
Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations unlock value from enterprise platforms and digital technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As an SAP FI Functional Consultant, you will work with business, finance, and technology teams to support transformation initiatives that strengthen financial processes, controls, and operational performance.
In this role, you will help design, implement, and support SAP Finance solutions that align business requirements with enterprise goals and regulatory expectations. With Deloitte’s industry knowledge, functional experience, and collaborative delivery approach, you will help clients modernize finance operations, improve reporting, and deliver scalable business outcomes.
Level: Analyst or equivalent
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Support SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) implementation and support activities across finance processes and system enhancements.
- Conduct current-state and future-state business process workshops, gather requirements, and map business needs to SAP functionality and solution design.
- Configure SAP finance capabilities across areas such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, asset accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, and product costing.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and implementation deliverables in coordination with business and technical teams.
- Support issue resolution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities across finance operations and transformation initiatives.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) implementation or support
- Experience with SAP finance processes including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, asset accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, or product costing
- Experience with New General Ledger and segment reporting
- Experience conducting business process workshops and mapping business requirements to SAP design and configuration
- Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, test documentation, or solution support documentation
- Experience supporting finance process areas such as procure-to-pay, close-to-cash, month-end close, or asset management
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business
Preferred:
- Experience with Product Costing, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), Public Sector Collections and Disbursements (PSCD), or Financial Services Collections and Disbursements (FSCD)
- Experience with SAP Project Systems, Investment Management, Treasury, or Cash Management
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA finance programs
- Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes or IT service management tools
