Job Description
Serve as a conduit to the organization's data, working closely with stakeholders to provide data solutions that help the business make strategic decisions. Based on the business needs and requirement, perform complex analysis to determine an overall data solution. Participate in data profiling, analysis, design documentation and communication with business partners. Perform testing and issue resolution, working closely with the development teams.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business and user requirements into detailed data designs via feasibility studies, data profiling and deep analysis. Effectively host bi-directional communication and reviews with stakeholders on design modifications and requirement fulfillment. Complete all support documentation on assigned projects, including creating and updating all profiling and analysis documentation, data design documentation, and archival of all related project documentation.

Develop expertise in all systems, processes and data relating to the assigned business or project. Leverage domain expertise and analyst practice expertise to provide the most effective solutions to the business partners in the most efficient means possible. Educate business partners on systems capabilities and the feasibility of developing specific solutions.

Leverage technical knowledge and business acumen to manage effective working relationships with technology teams and business partners. Work effectively in a team environment to ensure that solution delivery is on-time, within cost estimates and meets business needs. Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business users and conform to the technical architecture.

Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis best practices, using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness of the overall analyst organization. Provide subject matter expertise in areas including strategy/approach, domain/data knowledge, use cases and other areas of expertise based on established data analysis tools and techniques.

Partner with cross commit systems to document the existing system interdependencies and create sequence diagrams. Document the onboarding and termination processes from business as well as technical systems aspect.

Strive for quality data by documenting data quality issues found during profiling and analysis activities. Partner with the development team for resolution on quality issues, including root cause analysis when required.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field; or equivalent work experience.

10-13 years of relevant experience required.

4+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation.

Strong analytic skills including ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and test requirements.

Solid understanding of business functional areas and business management issues as well as the IT organizations systems and capabilities.

Knowledge of and ability to effectively use the appropriate modeling methodologies and tool-sets, requirements management methodologies and tool-sets, requirements visualization methods and tool-sets, and artifact version tools.

In depth knowledge of business operations and processes with the ability to articulate these processes to others.

Experience with analysis planning, requirements elicitation, process documentation.
Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of business processes, and system workflows, including the flow of data and transactions across interconnected platforms.

Expert level understanding of industry concepts, Business Process Mapping & Business Architecture.
In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
