About the Role
Pranishka Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, organized, and dependable Business Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Manager and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
This is a key role within our company. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate between teams, support business growth, and manage responsibilities independently whenever the Director is unavailable.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations
- Coordinate and oversee daily business operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of training, internship, and client projects.
- Manage office administration and operational workflows.
- Maintain business records, reports, and documentation.
Director Support
- Assist the Director in planning and executing business activities.
- Handle operational responsibilities in the Director's absence.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, appointments, and schedules.
- Monitor task completion across departments.
Student & Client Coordination
- Manage student onboarding and internship coordination.
- Handle client communications and service follow-ups.
- Coordinate with trainers, freelancers, and internal team members.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
Marketing & Business Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Review social media content and marketing activities.
- Track lead generation and business enquiries.
- Support webinars, workshops, and promotional events.
Administration
- Maintain office documentation and company records.
- Assist in daily business activities
- Ensure all processes are followed by the peers and company SOPs are followed.
- Support management in achieving business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, MBA, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, Office Management, or Business Support.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
