Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure while driving DevOps best practices and automation across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using industry-standard monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to streamline release processes.
- Implement security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability and reliability.
- Continuously improve deployment automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Expertise in cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Linux system administration.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and DevSecOps practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, or FluxCD.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to serverless technologies and cloud-native applications.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are an added advantage.

- Willing to work in a Hybrid setup from Pune.
