About the Brand
We are a growing D2C lifestyle brand specialising in handcrafted ceramics, glassware and home products. We are looking for a hands-on D2C Growth Manager who can take ownership of online revenue, paid advertising, website performance and customer acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with campaigns, numbers, creatives and the Shopify store—not just planning or coordinating with agencies.
Role Overview
As the D2C Growth Manager, you will be responsible for improving revenue, customer acquisition, ROAS and website conversion across our Shopify store.
You will work closely with the content, design and e-commerce teams to plan, execute and optimise growth initiatives across Meta Ads, Google Ads and the brand website.
Key Responsibilities1. D2C Revenue and Growth
- Own and work towards monthly D2C revenue targets.
- Plan the growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Monitor the complete customer journey from ad click to product page, checkout and repeat purchase.
- Track and improve CAC, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS and MER.
- Identify new opportunities to increase website revenue.
2. Paid Media (Hands-On)
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage prospecting, retargeting, catalogue and Shopping campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets regularly.
- Build a structured creative-testing process across hooks, formats, products and communication angles.
- Scale profitable campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
3. Website and CRO
- Improve Shopify product pages, collections, navigation and landing pages.
- Analyse customer drop-offs using Shopify, GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Recommend and implement improvements to product discovery, cart and checkout experience.
- Work towards improving conversion rate and payment success rate.
- Coordinate with developers or Shopify partners for technical changes when required.
4. Performance Creative Strategy
- Work closely with the designer and content team to create performance-focused advertisements.
- Convert brand stories, product benefits and customer insights into effective ad concepts.
- Review creative performance and identify winning hooks, formats and product categories.
- Regularly refresh or replace underperforming creatives.
- Share clear creative briefs based on campaign data and customer behaviour.
5. Analytics and Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering spend, revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV and conversion rate.
- Analyse campaign performance and document key learnings.
- Track performance by campaign, audience, product and creative.
- Use data to recommend clear actions for the next growth cycle.
- Ensure reporting focuses on business outcomes rather than only reach, impressions or engagement.
6. Team and Partner Management
- Guide the performance marketing, design, content and e-commerce teams on growth priorities.
- Build structured processes for campaign launches, reporting and creative testing.
- Ensure growth activities are executed within timelines and budgets.
Required Experience and Skills
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in D2C, e-commerce or consumer-product growth.
- Practical experience managing Meta Ads, including prospecting, retargeting and catalogue campaigns.
- Experience with Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Shopify store management and optimisation.
- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and attribution basics.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV and conversion rate.
- Experience working with physical consumer products.
- Ability to analyse campaign and website data and convert it into actionable decisions.
- Strong ownership, execution and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home décor, lifestyle, kitchenware, ceramics, glassware or similar consumer-product categories.
- Familiarity with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing or customer-retention tools.
- Experience working with designers and content teams to develop performance-focused creatives.
- Basic knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon or Flipkart will be an advantage.
