We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage all project documentation for a large-scale residential construction site. He will ensure accurate, timely, and secure handling of drawings, specifications, contracts, correspondence, and records, maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Document Management: Receive, log, track, and distribute project documents including drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, NOCs, permits, method statements, inspection reports, and O&M manuals. Maintain both hard-copy and digital document control systems using platforms like Aconex or similar. Version & Revision Control: Ensure only current approved versions are issued to site teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Archive superseded documents with proper stamping and audit trail. Conduct periodic audits of document registers to ensure completeness and accuracy for handover and regulatory inspections. Track status of submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to avoid delays. Handover & Close-out: Compile and organize as-built drawings, warranties, test certificates, and manuals for final project handover to client and facility management teams. Confidentiality & Security: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project data. Implement access controls and backup protocols for all project documentation.
