We are looking for a passionate and experienced DSA Tutor / Instructor to teach Data Structures and Algorithms to students and aspiring software developers. The ideal candidate should have strong programming and problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical way.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) classes.
- Teach concepts such as arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, heaps, hash tables, recursion, sorting, and searching.
- Explain algorithm concepts including time and space complexity.
- Guide students through coding problems and logical problem-solving techniques.
- Solve and explain coding problems from beginner to advanced levels.
- Help students prepare for coding interviews, technical assessments, and competitive programming.
- Provide assignments, practice problems, and mock coding tests.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual guidance.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage students to develop strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide support when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Good understanding of algorithm complexity and problem-solving techniques.
- Previous experience in teaching DSA or programming is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Comfortable conducting online classes using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing students for technical interviews.
- Knowledge of coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, or CodeChef.
- Competitive programming experience is an advantage.
- Experience teaching college students or working professionals.
- Ability to create structured learning plans based on individual student requirements.
Pay: ₹9,428.83 - ₹38,196.14 per month
