Expected to provide expert thought leadership at the enterprise level related to designs and implements advanced processes and analytics associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis, and prediction to enable informed business decisions. Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying highly technical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources.

As a Lead Measurement Analyst, you will be the strategic architect, operational manager, and subject matter expert (SME) driving our commercial performance measurement framework. Operating within the Commercial Analytics and Performance division, you will lead the end-to-end design, execution, delivery, and project management of sophisticated analytics that track FedEx global vertical performance.
You will translate complex database queries and advanced statistical models into high-level business justifications and executive-level narratives. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will synthesize past, present, and future commercial trends to guide marketing, forecasting, and commercial business strategies. Additionally, you will champion analytical standards, distribute work tasks, manage delivery timelines, clear operational roadblocks, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing culture of data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Vertical Performance

Own the end-to-end measurement framework for tracking global performance across priority industry verticals (e.g., E-commerce, Healthcare, Aerospace, Technology).

Lead deep-dive analyses into critical revenue drivers, isolating trends in volume, pricing, and yield—specifically monitoring and developing strategies to address yield compression and regional performance variations.

Design and champion the architecture of advanced Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards, establishing data modelling and reporting standards across the team.

Collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence partners to optimize enterprise data structures, ensuring consistent data pipelines and high-integrity reporting environments.
Executive Consultation & Narrative Delivery

Author and present high-impact, narrative-driven business reviews and strategic performance updates directly to executive leadership (e.g., CEO updates, senior staff briefings, and quarterly reviews).

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background

7+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, revenue management, or financial measurement.

Proven experience in a "Lead", Project Lead, or senior consulting capacity, showcasing the ability to manage project pipelines, track timelines, and coordinate cross-functional resources.

Extensive experience querying large-scale enterprise relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Teradata, BigQuery) and building advanced visualization frameworks.
