ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands through paid advertising. The ideal candidate should understand the full marketing funnel from creatives to conversion optimization and be comfortable managing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI, ROAS, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and execute Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Quality Score.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Work closely with the creative, content, SEO, and web development teams to create high-converting campaigns.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Analyze campaign data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify new growth opportunities through audience expansion, automation, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve customer retention and conversions.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and advertising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns to achieve business KPIs and marketing objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Experience working with D2C/eCommerce brands
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Understanding of Pixel setup, GA4, GTM, and Conversion API (CAPI)
- Knowledge of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, AOV, and funnel optimization
- Experience with retargeting and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem preferred
PREFFERED SKILLS:
- Experience handling monthly ad spends of 1L+
- Understanding of UGC and performance creatives
- Knowledge of landing page optimization/CRO
- Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, and Shopify Analytics
- Basic understanding of AI tools for ad optimization
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
