Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI Builder, Workspaces, Playbook Configuration, and Remote Support. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring modern ServiceNow applications while ensuring scalable and user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop applications using ServiceNow UI Builder.
Configure and customize Agent Workspace and other ServiceNow Workspaces.
Develop and maintain Playbook configurations to streamline business processes.
Configure and support Remote Support/Remote Help capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
Develop custom applications, workflows, UI components, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices.
Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
Ensure application performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
Required Skills
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in UI Builder.
Hands-on experience with Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspaces.
Experience in Playbook Configuration.
Knowledge of Remote Support/Remote Help capabilities.
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow server-side/client-side development.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and Service Catalog.
Familiarity with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM modules.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Additional certifications in CSM, ITSM, or UI Builder are preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
