Position: Receptionist
Location: FMC Fortuna building, 4th floor, Acharya Jagdish Chandra Bose Rd, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700020
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (In-Hand)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / Up to 10 Days

About the Role

Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage the front office and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized condition.
Manage visitor records and employee attendance registers.
Coordinate courier dispatches and incoming mail.
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Support HR and Administration with day-to-day office activities.
Maintain office records, files, and documents.
Handle basic office correspondence via email.
Assist in data entry and documentation using MS Office.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline .
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
