Design and implement workflows and automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Create and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and request fulfillment workflows.
Manage data imports, exports, Transform Maps, and CMDB data quality initiatives.
Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and business requirements.
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Support platform upgrades, releases, testing activities, and technical documentation.
