Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

Position Description

Coordinate in data analytics and process improvement projects in Base Maintenance (BM), focusing on enhancing safety, quality, productivity, and staff well-being in alignment with company objectives

What You'll Do

Leverage data analytics and process improvement to enhance safety, quality, productivity, staff well-being, and business sustainability in BM.
Support the promotion and optimization of visualization tools to effectively address business needs and improve data accessibility.
Contribute to the generation of insights and actionable initiatives aimed at improving safety, quality, operations, and financial performance.
Facilitate the monitoring and reporting of cross-BM projects, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and timely execution.

What You'll Need

Recognised degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Data or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years related experience preferably in line/ base maintenance of an airlines engineering department or an aircraft maintenance repair organizations or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience in project management, Lean Six Sigma projects, or data project
Minimum 1 year of managerial experience
A recognized qualification in data analytics/mining, lean and project management is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
