Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)

Job Summary

OJD Education is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, sales, and relationship-building skills to generate admissions, build institutional partnerships, and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization.

The candidate should be capable of converting leads into admissions, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets while representing the organization professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, digital platforms, field visits, and networking.
Identify and connect with prospective students, educational institutions, coaching centres, colleges, and corporate clients.
Develop strategies to increase student admissions and business growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Student Admissions & Sales

Counsel prospective students regarding available courses, career opportunities, certifications, and admission procedures.
Explain course curriculum, fee structure, training benefits, and placement assistance.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain strong relationships with existing students, institutional partners, and referral sources.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

Coordinate with the Marketing Team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Participate in seminars, workshops, education fairs, career counselling sessions, and promotional events.
Represent OJD Education professionally during business meetings and promotional activities.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and business activities.
Update CRM, Excel sheets, and sales reports regularly.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports to the reporting authority.
Ensure confidentiality of company and student information.

Coordination

Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, Marketing, and Administration teams for smooth admission processing.
Assist students with documentation and admission formalities.
Support management in achieving organizational business objectives.

Target Achievement

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and business development targets.
Maintain high lead conversion rates through consistent follow-up.
Work towards increasing organizational revenue and student enrolments.
Continuously identify opportunities for business expansion and partnerships.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Good command of Hindi and basic spoken English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, Google Workspace).
Knowledge of CRM and lead management will be an added advantage.
Strong follow-up, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Education Sales, Admissions, Counselling, or Institutional Sales in the Education Sector.
Experience in an Educational Institute, Training Institute, EdTech Company, or Coaching Institute will be preferred.
Candidate should be a resident of Lucknow.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Education Sector is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Must be target-oriented and capable of achieving admission and revenue goals.
Should maintain professionalism while interacting with students, parents, and institutional clients.
Must report to the office on time and maintain punctuality.
Should follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.
