Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of [Assistant Manager] [Accounts Payable]! In this role we are looking for someone who will open accounts in AP where vendor Invoices will be checked Processed and Paid. Responsibilities: - Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers - Process invoices with PO buy-sell Process (Post G Rs manually) - Reconcile vendor statements GIRIR clearing and Debit balances - Ensure quality of AP processes handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country - Engage with multiple partners including both internal and external - As a team leader you will also supervise and guide your team in daily activities - SO Ps revisit at regular intervals and the latest updates are incorporated post-client signoff
