Job Description

1. Job Summary/Purpose

Role involves achieving financial targets by boosting sales in assigned territory.
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining good relations with all external & internal customers.
To ensure regular customer visits as per defined norms or more frequently if required.
Achieve territorial sales target & profitability through execution of marketing strategies & tactics.
Plan and implement promotional activities at customer level.
Maintain a detailed record of customer accounts (incl. key opinion leaders, Key personnel in Retail & Institutions) as per defined norms or requirements.
Ensure timely submission of reports to manager.

2. Responsibilities

To achieve sales target & profitability through execution of marketing strategies & tactics.
Maintenance of Customer database.
Analyze sales trends in territory and take corrective action wherever necessary.
Plan and implement promotional activities at customer level.
Identify tender/rate contract opportunities in Public sector and follow up for conversion.
To attend conferences, participate in special events and do product presentations as per requirement.
Attain territorial sales goals & boost profitability by implementing marketing approaches & methods.

3. Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Pharmacy
Experience : >5 years of relevant experience
Travel Requirements : 80–100%
