What You Will Do:
Key Responsibilities

Review and adjudicate KYB applications for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Conduct client outreach to gather missing documentation or clarify discrepancies
Manage direct client interactions professionally, resolving queries and escalations
Track and ensure adherence to SLAs across the case pipeline; flag and manage breaches proactively
Partner with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product) on case escalations and process improvements
Mentor junior team members on KYB standards, red-flag identification, and documentation quality
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce turnaround time and rework
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all reviewed cases

What You Will Need:

• 4–7 years of experience in KYB/KYC, onboarding, or related AML/compliance functions

Strong working knowledge of business entity types, beneficial ownership, and regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT)
Proven experience managing SLA-driven queues and prioritizing high-volume caseloads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing outreach
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment on risk-based decisions
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision (senior IC, not people-manager track)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience with KYB/KYC platforms or case management tools (e.g., Actimize, Fenergo, LexisNexis)
Exposure to fintech, banking, or payments industry
Prior experience training or mentoring junior analysts.

Candidates from Business Schools preferred.

Candidates with excellent communication skills preferred.
