We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales growth by acquiring strategic customers, expanding key accounts, and driving cloud solution adoption. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in enterprise software and cloud services, capable of developing long-term client relationships while consistently exceeding revenue targets.

You will be responsible for building and executing business development strategies, managing enterprise sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate business growth across large enterprise accounts.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute short-term and long-term business development strategies to achieve enterprise sales objectives.
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts.
Own sales targets, pipeline generation, and overall business growth for the enterprise sales function.
Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value business opportunities across target industries.
Develop effective go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration and profitable customer engagement.

Strategic Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
Conduct executive presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with prospective customers.
Understand customer business challenges and position cloud solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
Contribute to solution discussions, proposal development, Statements of Work (SOW), and pre-sales documentation when required.

Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration

Collaborate with cloud platform partners, technology vendors, and OEMs to drive joint business opportunities.
Establish regular engagement with partner business development teams to strengthen pipeline generation and solution adoption.
Work closely with internal marketing teams to execute account-specific campaigns, workshops, and customer engagement programs.

Market Intelligence

Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
Build account intelligence by researching customer organizations, buying behavior, and technology adoption trends.
Analyze sales data and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine business strategies.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

Support the development of a high-performing sales organization through mentorship and collaborative leadership.
Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and partner teams to maximize customer success.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
8+ years of experience in enterprise software or cloud solution sales.
Proven success exceeding enterprise sales targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
Strong experience selling cloud solutions, with exposure to public cloud platforms.
Experience managing enterprise accounts and engaging with C-level executives.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other hyperscaler cloud solutions.
Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
Experience in solution selling within industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Digital businesses.
Familiarity with startup or high-growth business environments.
Experience collaborating with technology partners and cloud ecosystem stakeholders.
