About the Role
Valion Group is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive & Content Writer to manage our digital presence across multiple brands, including MyFollo, PropCare, and Valion Group. The ideal candidate should have strong content writing skills, social media management experience, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create and execute monthly social media calendars.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts across all platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
Content Writing
- Write high-quality content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, website pages, email campaigns, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Develop compelling captions, ad copies, and promotional content.
- Create thought leadership content for the Founder and leadership team.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and communication guidelines.
Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and campaigns.
- Prepare content briefs for reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Suggest creative ideas for social media trends and brand campaigns.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
Required Skills
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience with content planning and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Ability to write creative, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communication.
- Experience in the Real Estate, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Luxury Brands industry will be an added advantage.
