Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Client Growth Head /Account Director with 10+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency to lead our client servicing and account growth function.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing key client relationships, driving account growth, ensuring delivery excellence, mentoring the client servicing team, and contributing to the agency's revenue goals.

The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully managed multiple high-value accounts, built long-term client relationships, and consistently delivered measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Leadership

Own the relationship for key strategic accounts from onboarding through long-term partnership.
Act as a trusted advisor to founders, CXOs, and senior client stakeholders.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into impactful marketing strategies.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and annual strategic planning sessions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

Account Growth & Revenue Management

Develop account growth plans for every key client.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion.
Drive renewals and long-term retainers.
Monitor account profitability and resource utilization.
Achieve revenue growth targets from existing clients.

Marketing Strategy & Consulting

Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing strategies across:

Brand Strategy
Social Media Marketing
Performance Marketing
SEO
Website Development
Content Marketing
Email Marketing
Marketing Automation
AI-driven Marketing
Lead Generation Campaigns

Provide strategic recommendations backed by data, industry insights, and business objectives.

Delivery Excellence

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, Design, Web Development, and Operations teams.
Resolve delivery bottlenecks and client escalations.
Maintain process discipline across all accounts.

Business Development Support

Participate in discovery meetings with prospective clients.
Understand business challenges and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
Support proposal development, presentations, and pitches.
Partner with the leadership team to close strategic opportunities.

Process & Operational Excellence

Standardize account management processes.
Improve client onboarding and reporting frameworks.
Drive CRM adoption and account governance.
Introduce automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Build scalable systems to support agency growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in a marketing, branding, digital, or integrated advertising agency.
Agency experience is mandatory. Applications without agency experience will not be considered.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing client servicing or account management teams.
