Full job description

Role Overview

As the Sales Manager, you will lead Betnalal's sales team and be responsible for driving business growth by converting enquiries into confirmed projects. You will oversee the complete sales process, mentor and train Sales Executives, and ensure every client receives a premium buying experience.

This is a leadership role that combines business development, client relationship management and team management. You will work closely with architects, designers and production teams while personally meeting clients, conducting site visits and closing high-value projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Lead the Sales team to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Personally handle and convert high-value enquiries into confirmed projects.
Drive lead conversion through timely follow-ups and effective sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and overall business growth.
Build relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers and referral partners to generate new business.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor and motivate the Sales Executive team.
Train Sales Executives on sales techniques, customer handling, CRM management and closing strategies.
Monitor team performance and help team members achieve their targets.
Build a disciplined, customer-focused and high-performing sales culture.

Client Experience & Coordination

Meet clients at the Experience Centre to understand their requirements, budgets and project goals.
Conduct site visits and attend client meetings whenever required.
Coordinate closely with architects, designers and production teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
Build long-term client relationships through professional and transparent communication.

CRM & Sales Operations

Ensure accurate CRM management and systematic follow-ups across the sales team.
Review sales pipeline, quotations, lead status and conversion reports.
Prepare regular sales reports and share business insights with management.
Ensure no enquiry is missed and every lead is followed up professionally.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales, business development and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to lead a team and consistently achieve sales targets.
Strong organisational skills and experience using CRM software.
Professional, confident and customer-focused personality.

Preferred Experience

5–8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in Modular Kitchens, Modular Furniture, Interior Design, Furniture, Luxury Retail, Architecture, Construction Materials or Home Improvement will be strongly preferred.
Proven track record of converting leads into business and leading successful sales teams.

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
