Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Lead end-to-end native iOS and Android mobile app design from research and discovery to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer handoff.
Apply Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, animations, and motion graphics.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and feedback analysis.
Build and maintain mobile design systems, reusable UI components, design tokens, and interaction patterns using Figma.
Ensure responsive design, accessibility standards, UI consistency, and application performance.
Create assets, icons, illustrations, presentations, and motion designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and modern design tools.
Leverage AI-powered design tools for ideation, content generation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and stay current with the latest mobile UX trends.
