The Business Analyst – Technology will serve as the bridge between programme teams, support functions, leadership, technology partners, and end users. The role will be responsible for understanding organizational needs, analysing business processes, documenting requirements, improving systems, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring technology investments create measurable value.
The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, project coordination, process improvement, data analysis, and technology implementation capabilities.

Engage with Programme, People, Finance, Fundraising, MEAL, Administration, and Leadership teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Develop strong relationships with internal users to understand operational realities and pain points.

Facilitate discussions to prioritise business requirements.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Create Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

Document user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Develop process maps and workflow diagrams.

Translate non-technical requirements into actionable specifications for developers and vendors.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field.
